Crew Pool

Crew Pool is an international pool of film crew and filmworkers. Global Ensemble Talent Management organizes contact and helps film workers and film crew with jobs across borders, and works actively against social dumping and exploitation in the film and TV-industry.

Producers and production companies in Europe can book film workers from our crew pool existing of photographers, focus pullers, continuity, camera assistants, make up on set, costumes on set, gaffers, best boys, sound technicians, boom operators, props on set, prop makers, SFX crew, video assistants, art directors etc.
