Lasse Vermeli
Creator, Director, Screenwriter
Lasse Vermeli has a distinct ability to bring warmth, presence and emotional tension to every role—whether on stage or on screen. With a sharp instinct for comedy and a grounded emotional range, he moves with ease between bold character work and nuanced realism.
He’s especially known for his musical theatre work, powered by a remarkable tenor voice that shines in productions like Les Misérables and Evita. On screen, he’s delivered standout performances in Lykkeland (as Per Gunnar Bråthen), Exit, Wisting, and Neste Sommer. He also brings iconic characters to life through dubbing, including voicing Aladdin in Disney’s 2019 remake.
